It’s been a while we didn’t post about healthy food so here is one of our favorite food : the stuffed eggplant.

Step 1 : Cook the beef, with onions and garlic. Then add the tomatoe sauce and some salt & pepper.
Step 2 : Then cut the eggplant in half , and put if on the oven 15min. Dig a hole and put the beef.
Step 3 : add some cheese on the top and let it melt.
- and for the vegans, cook the eggplant with quinoa, and some beens.
